This site, developed by writer/teacher/researcher,
Suzin Stockton, is devoted to sharing information
regarding health and how to preserve, attain
or regain it naturally.

It stands to reason that if we're going to
stay well or get well, we're going to need
to avoid things that make us sick. Simple
as this may sound, it's not that easy in
today's world where most of us get:
|
- too little
oxygen
- too little (natural)
geomagnetism
 - too little
sunlight
- too much (manmade)
electromagnetic radiation
- too much exposure to
environmental pollution (indoors and out)
- too little
exercise
- too much
stress
- too little
rest
- too many chemicals in
our food, water, and personal care products
|
|
The bottom line is that we have too many
stress factors in our lives and too few nourishing,
regenerative ones, creating imbalance in
our lives. These positive and negative factors,
taken together constitute the "context"
in which we live. The focus of Suzin Stockton's
work has been on the role that contextual
factors play in health maintenance and restoration. |
